Grilled Tuna

Tuna is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, 464 mg per serving, which promotes heart health and helps reduce stroke risk.  Tuna is also a good source of selenium, it also flushes out toxins which promotes overall good health and is a key factor in weight loss.  

Combine ¼ c soy sauce, 1 T maple syrup, and 1 T horseradish in shallow dish  Add 4 tuna steaks,  chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Remove from marinade, coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place tuna over medium heat grill, cook covered for 2 minutes each side.
