Grilled Salmon

Cook Time:  10 minutes

Servings: 4

Whisk together ¼ c. the brown sugar, ¼ c olive oil,  ¼ c soy sauce, 2 t lemon pepper, 1 t thyme, 1 t basil, 1 t parsley, and ½  t garlic powder
Pour in a sealable plastic baggie. Add 4 salmon fillets and coat with marinade, squeeze out air. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or more, turning to coat.

Preheat grill to medium, lightly oil the grate. Remove salmon, shake off and discard marinade. Grill salmon until browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes on each side.
