Grilled Oysters

In a small bowl, combine 6 T butter,2 T fresh minced parsley, 2 t garlic, 1 t lemon zest, and ½ t. Brush onto about 36 oysters.  Preheat grill to 400° to 450°.

 Position half of oyster shells on grill. Cover with grill lid, and cook until juices are bubbling and edges of oysters curl, 3 to 5 minutes. Using tongs, carefully transfer oysters to a serving platter. Repeat grilling process with remaining oysters. Serve immediately.
